The Sassy Peach is a personal blog. The information contained herein is of my personal experiences and opinions, and mine alone. Product reviews are my honest opinion of a product, and are not meant to malign the makers of any product or service, but merely inform readers of my experience with a particular product or service. Use products mentioned on this blog at your own discretion.

On December 1, 2009, The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforced new regulations for blogs in regards to receipt of gratis, in an effort to create a blogging culture of full disclosure. According to these new regulations, bloggers must disclose to their readers any complimentary products or services received from companies.

From time to time, I do receive products from PR companies for consideration for review on The Sassy Peach. In order to comply with the new FTC regulations, as well as to maintain the fluidity of my posts, I will mark any complimentary products or services received as such. Any product not marked as complimentary has been purchased by me, with my own personal funds. Please know that I am not, nor have I ever been paid to review or write about a product, and I never will. Acceptance of products and/or services does not guarantee a review or mention.
