MAC Cult of Cherry Collection

So last Friday, I went to an event at Smashbox in the Macy's downtown with my lady friends Carole W. & Kimyatta D. (Shoutout to them both for letting me tag along!) We got makeovers & we looked great! Unfortunately the battery was dead in my camera & I couldn't take pics, so just take my word for it! I've always liked Smashbox, but my first love was MAC--my big sis can take credit for that ; ) & below you can see why. They had to go & do this...


MAC's newest collection Cult of Cherry is very dramatic with deep, dark, colors that are perfect for the fall season. The collection is chock full of dark reds, purples, & earth tone colors with a splash of vivid hues to brighten up the look. My personal fave is the spiced chocolate compact.

These beauties are Mattene Lipsticks which are like a matte lipstick with the intense color & velvety finish, but they give you a creamier, glide-on application. MAC says they are non-caking & non-drying. I pretty much like all of these colors.

And last but definitely not least, are the lovely lipglasses. I'm always a sucker for MAC's Lipglass. They come in such great colors, they smell great, & I love mixing them to see what comes of it. Ya just can't go wrong with a lipglass.
